Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Representative
I am a North Carolina native, born and raised in North Raleigh. I loved outdoor activities as a child - creating adventures in the woods behind my house, hiking at Umstead State Park, swimming, and gardening with my dad in the spring/summer. I still love being outside, traveling to new places, and finding new adventures.
I've worked at several YMCA branches in Raleigh since 2006, and I came to Camp Kanata in February 2022. I didn't grow up at Camp, but I got here as fast as I could, and I'll stay as long as I can!
I think every child should have the opportunity to learn in a natural environment - to explore the physical world we live in. Camp Kanata is a great place to do that!
